Having worked with many notable brands in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) market, we were approached by JAQKS to revamp their dining experience and create a seamless digital customer journey.
After requesting Self-Ordering Kiosks, we worked with JAQKS to develop and implement a full turnkey solution and integrated Digital Menu Boards, EPOS Till and Kitchen Video Systems and In-window Digital Displays. Our solution involved a bespoke kiosk based on the popular EV Serve 27. This highly customisable and versatile self-service unit provided additional space for user interface and creates a large impact from a distance. The kiosk utilises the Evoke OS API to seamlessly integrate the card payment system, barcode scanner and printer. All applications provide continuous statistics and analytics reporting software that have demonstrated a significant increase of customer basket spend of on average 25-30% with the use of up and cross selling intuitive application settings.
Alongside this, tailor made In-Window Digital Signage that included JAQKS specific branded relcode colour of dark red was created to entice consumers off the busy Birmingham high street. In addition to this, we also integrated In-house Digital Menu Boards. All Digital Signage can be controlled and adjusted using our Evoke Cloud software, this allows users to run bespoke campaigns, change menu specials, price, and timings. Datasym software was applied as part of the JAQKS solution to provide staff with an EPOS Till and Kitchen Video System to control and manage kitchen and ordering operations. This approach provides a continuous and smooth kitchen navigation system for staff which can help to minimise food waste and customer wait times.
We also provided a bespoke in-house graphic design solution which involved designing and implementing the content displayed on the kiosk, menu boards and digital signage to complement JAQKS brand image.
We are currently finalising a delivery hub which is a bespoke upgrade from data sim to assist delivery services such as Uber Eats and Deliveroo (soon to add Just Eat) in providing a seamless consumer journey from browsing to ordering, right the way through to delivery of goods. Alongside this, we are also working on implementing a licensed application as part of JAQKS loyalty initiative.
Throughout the development and installation of JAQKS we provided continuous support and problem solving to ensure the journey to creating such a bespoke dining experience was smooth.
